Can I request a bulk order or wholesale?
Yes, they are available upon request. Please allow up to 30 days for your order to be fulfilled. Please email kozekandles@gmail.com to inquire further.
What is Koze Rewards?
Our new rewards program that allows you to earn Koze Koins to redeem for future purchases
How can I earn/redeem Koze Rewards?
For every action taken (see black and white star at the bottom left corner of your device screen) to see which actions earn points. For every $1 CAD spent, you will earn 10 Koze Koins!
100 Koze Koins = $1 off code or automatically applied at checkout
1000 Koze Koins = $10 off code or automatically applied at checkout
3000 Koze Koins = 30% off discount code
How can I redeem the referral program?
Code will be emailed out to your once the action has been fully complete
How do Kustomizations work?
To kustomize your kandles, please email contact@kozekandles.ca Please let us know if there are any specific font, specific requests and the exact spelling of what you want kustomized on the exterior of the kandle.
1-5 words: $2CAD per kandle
5-10 words: $5CAD per kandle
*Please note all Kustomizations must be paid before order is made
Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship within North America.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location and your shipping delivery option, shipping may take anywhere from 5-9 business days.
Do I qualify for free Local Pickup?
Anyone, please select "local pickup" at checkout. You MUST pick up your order within two weeks of placing it.
Do I qualify for free Local Delivery?
Yes, if your order is OVER $36 AND
you live within the Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Brampton, Mississauga, East York, York, Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa, Etobicoke. Please email us at contact@kozekandles.ca if there are any further questions about free Local Delivery
How much is Local Delivery?
Orders under $36 are subject to a $10 Local Delivery fee. Please share any special instructions related to your delivery address.

How long does Local Delivery take?
Depending on order size and kustomizations, Local Delivery may take anywhere from 4-6 business days, during holidays, expect possible delays.
Do you offer contactless delivery/pickup options?
We can do contact-less local delivery and pickup for convenience.
What is the minimum/maximum burn time between each light?
For the best results, we recommend:
Minimum 1.5 hours
Maximum 4 hours
**However, for the first burn, you should burn until the melt pool reaches the edges as wax has memory**
What does your wax consist of?
Our wax is a plant based Coconut-Soy blend.
How often are new scents added to the site?
We aim to add new seasonal scents, every few months. Sign up to be the first to receive information on new scents and everything Koze related!
Is this brand Canadian?
All scented goods are made in our condo in North York by couple Andrew and Marisa!
Are your candles safe for outdoor use?
For your safety and to prevent any fires or potential damages to property, we do not recommend the use of our candles outdoors, on any unstable surfaces, near any fans or anywhere windy.
Are your candles free of harmful chemicals?
Yes! We are proud to say that our candles do not emit any harmful chemicals, no phthalates or parabens & our wax and scents are certified Vegan!
How do I use your car diffuser?
Please see instructions on the car diffuser page or on the product itself.
How do I use your reed diffuser?
More reeds = more intensity. We recommend using all reed sticks for the best performance. Please flip your reed sticks periodically to refresh the scent.
