Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Koze purchase please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a refund claim. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. 

The following items are non-refundable 

  • Kustomized items 
  • Sale items 
  • Used or damaged items at the buyers doing 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and ensure our product is not damaged or broken, in the event that it has been damaged during transport, please contact us at kozekandles@gmail.com.
